QPC started operations on November 2003 with four paper making machines and four converting machines using post consumer fiber as raw materials. Because of its commitment, the Company remains focused on producing products using recycled paper to protect the environment — a mark that sets Quanta apart from competition. However, recently due to market niche demand. QPC commenced producing premium grade products using virgin pulp (from tree farms).

The company is aiming to become globally competitive and is now in the process of standardizing its operation for ISO certification. All Quanta personnel are undergoing rigid and proper training to contribute on this certification for the benefit of its customers.
